Editing Everything Everywhere All At Once
with Premiere Pro & Frame.io!
I loved this movie so it’s nice to get a glimpse of its editing process.
The Art of Cut interview with the editor, Paul Rogers, is available if you’re looking for deeper dive.
Frame.io in Premiere Pro
This looks like a solid integration of Frame.io into Premiere Pro.
Only 2 users is limiting but that’s the way the cookie crumbles, I reckon.
4 Colorists VS Ungradable footage
As a working colorist, you deal with more rough footage-GoPro, iPhone, etc, before you can get your hands on beautifully shot footage from Sony, Arri Alexa, etc.
This video was really informative to witness how each colorist approach and apply their crafts at this challenge that I also dealt with as well.
The Cinematography of The French Dispatch
I enjoyed Wes Anderson’s latest movie, The French Dispatch, but dismayed that the blu-ray didn’t have any extra features like behind-the-scenes.
So this video will do for now until Criterion eventually releases a disc version of this film with more comprehensive look behind the making of this movie.
(Caution: a brief scene with nudity.)
